Earth Changes: An Open Letter at the End of Time

Are the Earth Changes happening as predicted? Is this the end of time as we know it?

Well, May 21, 2011 has come and gone without the world ending, as was predicted by Howard Camping. Now a new day is set for October 21 of the same year. And that too will most likely come and go without the big bang and rapture that he and his followers expect. But does this failed prophecy and the other prophecies that have also come and gone that have predicted massive earth changes, and those to come, mean that these earth changes are not real? Not at all. It just means that no one can predict the date, and I would include the time-gifted Mayans, or at least how we are translating their sense of time into our sense of time. Some Mayan scholars are saying December 21, of 2012 while some are now saying it will be this year on October 28, due to factoring in leap years. Maybe, yes; maybe, no.

But does it matter if we get the date right or not? To the spiritual warrior every day is a good day to die. We are not bodies. Do we fear going to sleep at night? No. Then why should we fear going to life on the other side? We live in glorious times that is a reminder how change is ever present, and that to find happiness only the changeless offers that security that we all crave. Nothing of the world offers it.

The following is a letter I wrote about these earth changes that we are going through, to bring hope in this time of confusion and accelerated change, that "A Course in Miracles" calls the "celestial speed up." There is nothing to fear, when we know who we really are. There is nothing to worry about, for we are always right where we are suppose to be. We are always in God and God in us. How wonderful is that!

FOR THE MICHAEL AGE

We must eradicate from the Soul
All fear and terror of what comes towards Man out of the future
And we must acquire serenity
In all feelings and sensations about the future;
We must look forward
With absolute equanimity
to everything that may come
and we must think only that whatever comes
is given to us by a world directive
full of wisdom.
It is part of what we must learn in this age,
namely to live out of pure trust
without any security in existence.
Trust in that ever present help of the Spiritual World.
Truly, nothing else will do if our courage is not to fail us.
And we must seek this awakening within ourselves
every morning and every evening.

Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters, upon this planet,

I am writing to you with great urgency and excitement. It is happening. The world as we know it is becoming no more. All that is false, that is based on fear and separation, on greed and selfishness, is passing away. You know it is true as all that has seemed secure, permanent, is becoming as solid as a passing cloud. For those who have studied and practiced the Ancient Teachings and who trust in the spiritual this is just a reminder of what the Masters have told us through the ages. Our kingdom is not of this earth; our treasure is elsewhere, in the rarified space of Divinity.

For those who have become drunk on what the material world has seemed to offer, where you have placed your happiness and security, this is a very frightening time. More and more powerful earthquakes rattle our civilization, throwing unrelenting waves that wipe away all that we have built.

The following verse is from the Hopi Elders, a people who have had a prophecy of the end of this Fourth World for many ages, and who have seen all the signs transpire. Please take in this message both warning and hope.

THE HOPI PROPHECY

Oh my fellow swimmers:
There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift,
that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore,
they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly.
Know that the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore,
push off into the middle of the river,
keep our heads above water.
And I say see who is there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally,
least of all ourselves,
for the moment that we do,
our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over.
Gather yourselves.
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner
and in celebration.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.

For those who have been living in a sacred manner, it does not matter if this ending of our days may or may not come; because for the spiritual aspirant, each day is treated as perhaps the final one, and death is something to prepare for. To cross that threshold between this life and the next in a conscious and empowering way, the mind and the heart must be as one, and that marriage only occurs when one has lived with wisdom, love and service.

But for you who have lived as though 3-dimensional existence is the end all, and who have lived by the “pirates’ decree” of taking what you want and giving nothing back, your time is short to repent. What does it mean to repent? It means to rethink, to train your mind to focus on more elevated ideas, to spend your energy on being part of the Whole. It is a time to ask to be a channel of Love. And in an instant you can be free of your chained past.

No matter how hard you try you will not be able to hold onto the old world. It’s all crumbling: the financial world is the latest casualty; the environmental situation continues to worsen; health care in this country is deathly ill; public education is a joke that is basically set up to create unthinking consumers; there are weapons of mass destruction pointed in every direction; fanatical terrorists continue to blow themselves up and everyone around them with “the love of God” on their lips; and more blood and energy and resources are spent in perpetual war in the name of security, while millions on the planet starve. And all this is happening at once.

Then there is the US government that desperately tries to keep from the public knowledge that we have been and are being visited by extra-terrestrials, most of whom want to assist humanity in becoming a united one world (which is not to be confused with those who want to maintain power in creating a New World Order). For many the idea of that we are not on top of the species pyramid may seem rather frightening. But this is what is happening, and more and more people in the government and others in the know are coming out with the truth (see The Disclosure Project). I personally have seen ships several times that have defied all normal explanations, and the thought of a galactic brotherhood has never been alien to me. We are being given the chance to mature and grow up as a species to see ourselves as One Humanity. Even the Vatican is telling the flock that believing in extra-terrestrials is not against the creed. Our world and reality are becoming more “curiouser and curiouser.”

Truth is stranger than fiction, as the Bard said, and we are right in the middle of the greatest story. The Mayans say our world ends in December of 2012. Some scientists are saying that our solar system is dropping into the galactic equator that may cause huge waves of energy that will change the earth as we know it, which may happen between now and 2015. Then there is the buzz that Planet X, or Nibiru, that some claim that has passed by before in our Earth’s history that caused major earth changes, will pass by (or may even collide with) the earth in the very near future. Yikes! Then there are predictions that the poles will shift as they have done in the past. And, then again, it may even be one of the many less-spectacular, but equally serious, environmental scenarios that Al Gore and scientists are warning us about with Global Warming. And these are just a sample of cataclysmic possibilities. Finally, scientists are cautioning us that we are moving into a very active solar stage, with massive solar flames, that threatens our technology that we so depend upon to run our civilization. Regardless, the fertilizer is hitting the fan, for all those who have noses can attest.

I had a dream years back where I asked the Dalai Lama whether the Earth Changes were true, of which he assured me that they were indeed transpiring. I then asked if there were any safe places. “There are no safe places,” was the Buddhistic reply. In a world of Death and constant suffering, where is there security?

So what can you do? Pray in solitude or in groups that the Light streams into the minds and hearts of all beings so that we as Humanity follow the Divine Plan. Meditate and go to the Heart of All That Is- the I AM THAT I AM. Do loving service in the recognition that what you give you receive. Walk in Nature and express gratitude to our Mother Earth and thank the Creator for your life. Be very kind to your family and to all you meet, especially the children and the elders.

Each moment is so precious—recognize it.

If you are doing work that promotes the dark ways of selfish exploitation, maybe it is time to move on and do something that helps the Whole. Stop living to grab all the money you can get. Simplify. Walk lightly and consciously. Live with others and learn to share and communicate. Create community. See that others’ needs are your own.

Grow up.

Remember that you are not this body, nor are you anything that you have accumulated. You’re a spiritual being with the divinity of God within you. Nothing less will do.

Do not worship anyone, only God, but do learn from the teachers and Masters sent your way and respect them. Use discrimination as there will be many false prophets who will entice, and fundamentalists, who cannot think out of their box of reality, who will attempt to jam their beliefs upon you. Turn off the TV and throw out the video games and open your eyes to what is going around and within you.

In an instant, if you ask, Heavenly Ones will be by your side, bestowing God’s Grace. In a blink of an eye, you, and all who ask, can rise in vibration to a level where only Love exists, where no fearful thought can penetrate Love’s shining walls. You need but to ask the Servants of God and they will respond. But you must ask!

Do not succumb to fear’s despair, (no matter what the Dark Ones try to do to hold onto their power-over ways) for such despair only relates to being a body.

You are not a body. You are of the Light. With each action, with each thought, and with each word, we choose to follow the path of fear and separation or the path of Love and Unity.

Be brave! Be true to your Divine Self.

May the Peace of God and all the Masters bless you and yours in this time of great opportunity and choice. May the Force be with you.
